SodaSlim Shipping: Dispatch, Delivery, and Returns
Orders leave the warehouse within 1 business day and reach most US addresses in 3 to 6 business days. Shipping is free on the 3- and 6-bottle packs; the 2-bottle pack carries a flat $9.99.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day typically leave the same day; everything else ships the next. A tracking number lands in your inbox the moment the label prints, and packages travel with USPS or UPS depending on your address. PO boxes are fine. Every parcel ships from the authorized 2026 batch documented on the batch records page.
Delivery windows
Three to six business days covers most of the lower 48; Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories can run several days longer. Weather and carrier backlogs occasionally stretch a window - if tracking goes quiet for more than five business days, email orders@esodaslim.com and we chase it from our side.
Address problems and lost parcels
Caught a typo? Reply to your confirmation email immediately; we can correct an address any time before the label prints. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable are reshipped once at no charge. A parcel marked delivered that never arrived gets a trace with the carrier and, failing that, a replacement or refund - we do not leave buyers holding the carrier's mistake.
Returns
Refund requests inside the 60-day window start with an email to orders@esodaslim.com; we reply with the return authorization and the warehouse address. Return postage is the buyer's, refunds post within 5 to 7 business days of the parcel arriving back. The complete policy, including edge cases, lives on the refund terms page.
Outside the United States
This portal serves US addresses only for the 2026 cycle. International checkout availability is the manufacturer's call and can change cycle to cycle; nothing sold on foreign marketplaces is part of the authorized distribution either way.
